British department store John Lewis’ multi-award winning Christmas campaign has become as traditional and beloved in the UK as Christmas trees and mince pies. In this session at Most Contagious 2019, creative agency Adam&eveDDB in London revealed the insights, strategy, creative process and effectiveness data behind the campaign.
