In this session at Most Contagious 2019, creative agency Adam&eveDDB in London revealed the insights, strategy, creative process and effectiveness data behind the campaign. The agency’s chief strategy officer, Martin Beverley, and senior planner, Charlotte Wood, took to the stage to run through how its agency has creatively and successfully answered John Lewis’ brief over the years.
